We provide broadcast and video production services, including live event production, mobile production, live streaming, audio recording, and captioning. This website describes those services; it is not an offer or a contract. Specific work is governed by a separate written proposal, estimate, or production agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or by automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure.

Project work
Ownership of footage, edits, and deliverables produced for a client is governed by the production agreement for that project. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on this website, and in marketing materials.
Client materials
You retain ownership of the logos, footage, and other materials you provide to us, and you confirm that you have the rights necessary to give them to us for use in your project.
4. Third-Party Links and Embeds
This site links to and embeds content from third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from contracted production work is governed by the applicable production agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gemstone Media from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
